Day 253: Get Fit with Baked Goods

It can be tough being in the public eye all the time.

Fans can even get the wrong idea about your lifestyle and personal habits.

For instance, sometimes fans might think that just because you often pose with culinary favorites like waffles, muffins, and (whole loaves of) freshly baked bread, this means all you ever do is ingest baked goods.

But the behind-the-scenes truth is, baked goods are not just delicious – they also give you a great workout!

Here, the fitness expert (with feathers) offers a sneak preview of his ground-breaking new “Get Fit with Baked Goods” exercise program.

For this exercise, he will be using one of his favorite workout props, the “English muffin.”

It is always wise to start off a workout with some long stretches.

After stretching, you can continue your workout with "lunges."

You will know you have performed your "lunge" repetitions properly if there is a big hole in your prop.
