As a cold-blooded shelled being, you can expect that as temperatures turn cooler, so will you.

As this process continues, your mind may quite naturally turn towards thoughts of….hay.

When it is still warm during the day, a fresh and comfy pile of hay can give you an excellent vantage point for scouting victuals and (let’s be honest) lady box turtles.

Nothing gives you the kind of clear and unobstructed view like a fresh, cozy batch of hay piled up high.

And when the thermometer finally plunges in earnest, there is no better place to be than underneath that same pile of fresh, comfy, cozy hay.

Hay is so multi-purpose, so cozy, so comfy (not to mention so camouflaging) it is a mystery why every being doesn’t have their own personal hay pile!

Don’t you want your own posh and comfy pile of hay now?
