To hear paleontologists tell it, feathered and shelled beings likely share some common ancestors.

And those ancestors were BIG. They were big in size (think “school bus” and you won’t be far off) and also big in appetite.

So if you like to eat, you get it honest.

But this can be hard to explain to your large shell-less assistant, who seems determined to take the scary beings in the white lab coats seriously when they advise only feeding you a daily portion that equals the size of your shell.

Like, seriously?

You can eat WAY more than that.

What a daily “shell-sized” portion looks like when you are a young and growing (and very hungry!) modern dinosaur.
