Navigating life as a short, small, shelled being can take some creativity.

On the one hand, you want to stay concealed, on account of how long experience has taught you this is the best way to avoid being singled out for “special” status (as in “special of the day”).

On the other hand, you want to stay visible.

More visibility = more snacks. It’s just that simple.

Achieving both goals at the same time is not for amateurs.

Luckily you’re not an amateur.

There is a way to stay concealed and to carry off all the snacks at the same time. And all you need to pull it off is that most wonderful invention of all time – the plastic bag.

Talk about a “conceal and carry” strategy worth its weight in…um…weight.

A small, creative and very strategic shelled being shows off her personal “conceal and carry” snack-nabbing strategy.
