When you are born with a shell on your back (and your front, for that matter) that is often all other beings see when they look at you.
To them, you look like a rock on legs.
(Although to be fair, to some of them you also look like a tasty rock on legs.)
But you know better.
Or rather, you know more.
You are not just your shell….or even the set of four adorable tiny elephant legs holding it up.
Oh no.
You are so much more than shell deep.
You know this because you have taken the time it takes to really get to know yourself, to appreciate yourself, to dive deep beneath your shell and discover how fabulous you truly are.
You are brave. Wise. Sensitive. Fierce (fanged, even).
And you are loved. Oh so loved.
