If there is one fact you can count on in the greater food chain o’ life, it is this: every day is going to be different than the day before it.

Sometimes, this is a good thing.

For example, perhaps one morning you open your adorable round black eyes and spy a line of single and seeking ladybirds that stretches around the block!

Sometimes, this is a less-good thing.

For instance, maybe one morning you switch on the large rectangular flashing device only to learn there is a tiny infectious dot trying to take over the planet (talk about serious delusions of grandeur).

No matter how fetching and feathery you happen to look or how fit and fabulous you may be feeling, this is just the sort of thing that can get even the most positive of beings down.

When this happens, what you need is an “atta bird.”

Luckily, this is easy to do.

Just go to any reflective surface. Or anything you can find that looks just like you (which is to say, anything that looks really good).

Stand in front of it.

Soak up the “cuteness.”

Then say, “atta bird! you got this!”

Now you try it!

Our little flock’s “alpha” flock member models exactly what to do when you need an “atta bird.”
