It doesn’t matter if you are big or small, tall or short, feathered or (sob) featherless.
Some days are just tougher than others.
But this is what nature is for.
Whether it is a memory you need to heal from, a present-day circumstance not quite to your liking or a distressing overabundance of shelled beings in your flock, there is no comfort like the comfort of fresh air, restorative sunshine, green (crispy, crunchy) growing things, just being out in nature.
The truth is, bad feelings go away faster when you go out into nature and get yourself a really great hiding spot where they can’t find you.
So when you get out to the nature, the first thing you want to do is locate a nice sturdy Tall Tree.
Next, climb up high in your personal Tall Tree’s branches and stay really still.
Then have yourself a nice little roost.
Snooze. Chillax. Take a few deep breaths. Shriek if you need to.
You can even drop a (er) payload or two if it makes you feel better.
Before you know it…
Bad feelings? What bad feelings?
