Dealing with inter-species fame and adulation is not always easy.
For instance, it is simple enough to keep the large featherless beings out of your home (just lock the doors – they are way too big and clumsy to get in any other way).
But your own kind – well, that can be harder to manage.
Being small, quick, and creative like you, they can turn up anywhere at any time!
Wow! Whoa. Where did all of you come from? You would like a “home tour,” you say?Mom, do you know anything about this? They said something about a being named “Elvis” and how much they enjoyed that home tour so they decided to come here next….Which one of you booked the reservation? We don’t see anything on our calendar.A reservation – you know, like when you call ahead to reserve your tree before you migrate….You didn’t make one? You know, you’re awfully lucky you are small and cute and have feathers like me. The large featherless beings would never be able to pull this off.Speaking of which, my large featherless assistant will be your official “home tour” guide….enjoy!

Great clock, I have the same one. I had to shut off the bird calls though. My guys got really upset with several of them,.

Oh wow! What a bummer! Pearl loves the clock – he chirps right back (as official household “greeter”).
