One reason feathered beings seem to have consistently better self-esteem than the large featherless beings is because they have, well, feathers.

You can’t argue with biology.

But there are other reasons as well that can be easier to adjust for….a judicious tweak here and there and you can be feeling better about yourself in no time.

For instance, let’s say you have a tendency – as so many featherless beings do – to walk up to a reflective surface and focus on just one part of yourself. Often it is (inexplicably) not your favorite part, either.

Despite this being a recipe for self-esteem disaster, you do it over and over again because it is what you know to do.

But then you invite a feathered being into your life. And this being has excellent self-esteem! It seems so…..effortless.

You soon notice that when your new feathered sidekick sees a reflective surface, he can hardly wait to get to it to admire himself!

He looks himself over from head to toe, taking in the whole excellent presentation, chirping and singing and preening and posing all the while, thoroughly enjoying himself.

By opting for a whole-bird view of himself, all the parts instantly pop back into their proper and perfect perspective, prompting a thorough appreciation and enjoyment of the view!

A feathered being with very positive self-esteem demonstrates how to take in and admire your whole head-to-toe picture for an instant perspective shift and self-esteem lift!
