Sometimes when you are with your large featherless flock, they gather around to enjoy something they call “hors d’oeuvres.”
Here, since competition tends to be fierce for a limited number of delicacies, it is important to be proactive to get your fair share.
For instance, let’s say the largest of the featherless beings – the very tall one you like to sit on – picks up a morsel that looks tasty.
You can let him know you want it by sliding down his arm and immediately crunching into it.

This is a great strategy for two reasons.
One (oddly), the featherless beings don’t seem to enjoy sharing their snacks as much as you do, so once you bite into it, it’s yours.
And two, you look so cute as you are staking your claim that they usually can’t resist snapping photos – which also frees up additional delicacies for the taking.
