In the culture of the large featherless beings, there is such a thing as “supersizing.”

Victuals are a particularly popular choice for supersizing.

The theory seems to be that if it is small and tastes delicious, it will taste even more delicious when you make it bigger.

In practice, however, supersizing is not for the faint of stomach – especially when the dish ends up being more sizable than the diner!

A certain feathery VIP client’s personal Small Chef “supersized” his brunch pancake….thankfully, the diner doesn’t let the size of his dish deter him in the slightest!

P.S. Want to make this enormous, delectable pancake for yourself? Get this great recipe and more of Pearl’s personal favs when you order his new recipe book, “Waffles & More!”

  1. 1) Pearl seems to momentarily object when you say “no syrup for us”. 2) Since the pancakes were the first things I tried (followed closely by scones) when I received Small Chef’s book, I can vouch for 10 on the deliciousness factor!

    1. You are clearly an expert interpreter of “avian nonverbal communication.” If his Grandma offers it, he wants it!
