For true gourmands, the way you end a meal is as worthy of attention as the way you begin.
For example, if you began your meal by jumping into the center of your dish, you will want to end it by jumping out.
And if you began by climbing down from a high perch to reach your dish, you will want to end by climbing back up to a high perch.
This ensures the greatest consistency to the dining experience.
