If there is one thing about flock life both feathered and featherless beings learn early on, it is this – if you see a prize delicacy, you’d better claim it ASAP!
Otherwise, a flock mate might ingest it before you do (disaster).
Oh boy oh boy oh boy – what a choice delicacy! I’m so glad I was the first one to see it so I could claim it all for myself!Mmmmmm….nom nom nom MUNCH CRUNCH nom NOM nom…..I’d better just go ahead and sample each piece now so my flock mates know they’re taken.Uh oh. Hi, um, Mom…..What do you mean by “your share?”She doesn’t look like she’s coming back with that piece either.Time to break out the “Defcon 5 claiming tactics!” I think I’ll start with some feather shedding….

How many chapters (and pages) is your book? I loved the sample chapters.

Thanks, Janet – I’m so glad! The book is around 275 pages and has about 70 short chapters plus a full photo section. 🙂
