When I was little, occasionally my dad and I would watch “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” together.
The plot was simple enough – seed pods germinate into aliens, which then take over the lives of hapless nearby sleeping humans.
While the original film never directly addressed pod extermination measures, modern reinterpretations (by talented actors with feathers) have introduced their own ideas of how to stop mysterious green things from sprouting.
Here, in his fourth one-avian play, Love & Feathers is proud to present Golden Waffle Award winner Pearl Cutts in:
“Invasion of the Greens Snatcher.”







The star exits the stage.
No curtain falls.
The audience is treated to a sparse soundtrack punctuated by shrill shrieking.
As they exit the theater, they are left on their own to contemplate the green thing’s ghastly fate.
