There is nothing like being famous and feathery to make you really treasure your down-time.

So when your services are needed on an “overtime” basis, you want to make sure the compensation is well worth it.

Luckily, negotiating overtime pay is easy when you make it very clear what you want.

Emphasize this enough and you won’t even need to negotiate anymore.
