Being a high profile CEO (with feathers) means always looking cute and pretty and very fetching when in the public eye….while still taking care of business behind the scenes.
This also includes hiring, training, and then motivating employees.
Some employees may demand perks like “raises” (although you often wonder where exactly they end up getting ‘raised’ to) or “vacations” (you naturally assume they take these during your daily nap).
But other employees – especially the ones without any feathers – will respond only to one form of motivation.
