When you are small, feathery, and very famous, the issue is not whether to hire a personal assistant, but rather, which assistant you should hire.
Here, there are pros and cons to choosing one of the large featherless beings for your personal assistant.
- Pros: They are docile, slavishly devoted to feathers, easy to train, and attentive.
- Cons: Occasionally they may insist on going on something they call a “vacation.”
If/when this occurs, you risk service interruption….unless, of course, you have had the foresight to hire two large featherless assistants and conduct their training simultaneously.
Preferably, you want to hire one of the senior members of the same flock (such as Grandpa or Grandma) as your backup assistant.
However, since related flock members may (inconveniently) insist on vacationing together, picking a being from a different flock for your backup assistant can be a wiser choice.
Regardless of flock affiliation, detailed and consistent training ensures you receive the same level of 5-star service and care, regardless of whether it is your regular or backup assistant who is on duty.
