At times (and especially around the holidays) it can be helpful to take a refresher course on how to “order out.”
For instance, say one day you have decided to dine “out of cage.”
Sensing your plans, the large featherless waitress has assembled a selection of items for your consideration.
So now all you need to do is place your order. Here, there are a variety of ordering techniques you can employ.
Standing on the item you have selected is one strategy.

You can also bite the item you have chosen (effectively ensuring no one else will try to claim it for their own).

If the large featherless waitress isn’t moving fast enough to serve you, you can also climb right up into the dish you wish to enjoy and just get started.
