When you are a small and fierce predator, there is no reason you have to limit your predatory instincts to single-prey stalking.

For example, if you happen across an entire herd of tasty prey, you might as well bring them all down at once.

Here, the first thing you want to do is just sit on top of the herd.

Next, you can fix the prey with your most baleful stare.

Now, you can keep staring while getting very very close to the prey (this will cause them to become paralyzed with fear).

This makes attacking very easy.
When you are sure they are all paralyzed, you can attack.
You can then commence to snacking until you are full (and have your large featherless assistant wrap up the rest for later).
