Big or small, short or tall, young or old, rich or poor, feathered or featherless, there is so much happiness to be found in this world.
And since Monday is the most stressful day of the week for many featherless beings (on account of something called “work”), Pearl figures it is also the perfect day for his weekly tutorial on finding happiness!
Here is this week’s very feathery entry:

Now you try it!
“Happiness is…… (fill in the blanks with one or many entries!)”
Post your entries in the comments section below to be entered into a drawing to win a FREE beak-o-graphed BOOK (1 entry per person; 1 book drawing per month while supplies last).
With love (& lots of feathers),
Shannon & Pearl
Happiness is seeing your husband come home from work/school/errands with a smile on his face, even if he hasn’t had a good day, just to try to put one on yours.
What a beautiful heart he has!
Happiness is adopting a baby cockatiel and give him love and cuddle with him after his hand-fed meal while he grinds his beak happily on your shoulder. (And as a bonus, one that has Benji’s similar colouring) 😃
AWWWWW!!!! <3
Happiness is a snuggly cat, a good book, a cup of tea, PJs, and a blanket on a gloomy day.
Happiness is also springtime sunshine and a good hike.
And, happiness is esp knowing that once this life is over, I will get a new body in heaven and this sick one will no longer be disabled, and I will be with God forever.
It all sounds so good-beautiful and full of awareness and gratitude ❤️
Spending quality time with my Fids: Kiwi an Indian ringneck parakeet, Bailey a cat, and three dogs, Boomer, Puzzle, and Rex.
What a fab flock you have!❤️
I see cheerios on the back! My tiels would have tried to pry the jar open 😛
Oh yes! Cheerios are a staple must-have!:)
