All young beings have to learn about foraging safety.
Some have parents or flock mates who teach them, while others must go it alone.
The general rule remains the same, however – the tastier the delicacy, the more dangerous it tends to be to bring it down (on account of other hungry poachers as well as certain reluctant delicacies which, oddly, seem to prefer not to be ingested).
So it is always good to have foraging techniques that incorporate both safety and victory.
Here, a skilled forager demonstrates a proven technique called “Left, Right, Waffle.”
