Big or small, short or tall, young or old, rich or poor, feathered or featherless, there is so much happiness to be found in this world.
And since Monday is the most stressful day of the week for many featherless beings (on account of something called “work”), Pearl figures it is also the perfect day for his weekly tutorial on finding happiness!
Stress can also make it hard to focus on happiness even when it is perched right in front of you. So a good strategy is to schedule something non-stressful for first thing on a Monday morning, such as the activity the large featherless beings call “yoga.”
In this activity, you can bring a friend. If the friend has feathers, even better. Together, you can learn fun modeling poses such as “downward facing parrot,” “happy parrot,” “peaceful parrot” and other parrot-centric maneuvers.
