Big or small, short or tall, young or old, rich or poor, feathered or featherless, there is so much happiness to be found in this world.

And since Monday is the most stressful day of the week for many featherless beings (on account of something called “work”), Pearl figures it is also the perfect day for his weekly tutorial on finding happiness!

After much (oh so much) close observation, Pearl has noticed that sometimes the large featherless beings don’t have the best dining habits. Low blood sugar can be a real mood-killer – especially on a Monday!

Happily, he has an easy fix for this common buzz-kill …. grazing! Just look at the large methane-producing beings who stand in green fields for hours, heads down, munching and crunching and munching some more. They don’t look stressed!

Pearl demonstrates the fine art of “grazing,” which the large gaseous bovine beings seem to find so soothing no matter what day it is.

What helps you make Mondays feel cheerier? Pearl & his mommy would love to hear your tips!
