Big or small, short or tall, young or old, rich or poor, feathered or featherless, there is so much happiness to be found in this world.

And since Monday is the most stressful day of the week for many featherless beings (on account of something called “work”), Pearl figures it is also the perfect day for his weekly tutorial on finding happiness!

Sometimes the best way to send stress packing is to find something comforting and repetitive to do – such as nesting, for instance!

You can just get to work biting (always satisfying in its own right!), shredding, ripping, tearing and arranging nesting material, and in no time at all you will feel so peaceful and centered you won’t even remember what you were so worried about!

(As a side bonus, once you have a nest, you can be sure a single ladybird will happen along soon….any moment now….)

Pearl demonstrates the fine art of “nesting” to his large featherless assistant, who needs as much de-frazzling assistance as she can get!

What helps you make Mondays feel cheerier? Pearl & his mommy would love to hear your tips!
