Big or small, short or tall, young or old, rich or poor, feathered or featherless, there is so much happiness to be found in this world.
And since Monday is the most stressful day of the week for many featherless beings (on account of something called “work”), Pearl figures it is also the perfect day for his weekly tutorial on finding happiness!
One way to make Monday feel more like the days that start with “S” is to make sure to schedule adequate restful naps. Naps make everyone feel better. They are very relaxing and great at sending stress packing.
You might even want to hire a personal “nap consultant” (with feathers) whose job it is to remind you when it is time for another restful nap.
