There are so many great reasons to include a feathered being in your life.
For instance, feathered beings are very cute and pretty.
Once they are your friend, they are your friend for life.
The same holds true for other family members they have befriended.
This means that even when the bathroom clock decides to move into the kitchen instead (because the large featherless assistant can’t tell the two rooms apart, obviously, and not because you like it so much you will otherwise scream all day long to go visit it in the bathroom instead), they will always find a welcome reception from the official household “greeter” (the one with the feathers).
