“Modeling”
In every species, some beings are just prettier than the rest. These tend to become the “models” of that species. While it can be particularly difficult to pick out the models in species where everyone has feathers (on account of how they are all so pretty), the best way to make a selection is to see who is best at modeling.
Here, the selected candidate will show immediate expertise in “cuteness,” “prettiness,” and “featheriness” with every modeling pose.
