Conducting live shows can be problematic on many levels. These problems just increase when the star is very famous…and has feathers.

For example, there is theater security. You want to make sure to hire security that will keep ticket holders in and paparazzi out.

Then there is the paparazzi, who can get quite creative about figuring out ways to sneak in whether they are allowed to or not.

And then there is the stubborn star himself, who simply insists on appearing live in person for his fans – and even hosting meet-and-greets for VIP fans after his shows!

Love & Feathers is proud to present the world-famous and feathery actor Pearl Cutts in his latest one-avian play:

“Muffin Matters”

Ticket holders notice security has tightened at the theater lately. When they come, even if they have been attending for years and are on a first-name basis with ushers and staff, they are asked for their IDs.

But anything is worth it to see their favorite feathery star in person, so they persevere until they are cleared to go inside for the play.

So you have come for the after-play VIP fan “meet and greet,” I see…
I must say, you sure do smell….I mean look….familiar.
And this clear, crinkly wrap you are wearing….are you sure we haven’t met somewhere previously?
Mmmmhmmm….yes, yes, it is coming back to me now –
Paparazzi! I knew it! Security…..! Wait. What’s that you say? Your name is “Muffin” and you brought this plastic bag for your favorite feathery star?
Oh, no, “Mom” – everything is just fine. Wow, someone called for security? It sure wasn’t me. Yes, this thoughtful paparazzi…I mean VIP fan….brought me a tasty plastic bag – my favorite!

At that point, the star goes back to nibbling and noshing on fresh plastic bag, completely ignoring the nonstop questions from the eager round paparazzi hidden away within….

The End.
