No one ever said being a covert “black ops” agent with top secret security clearance was easy.
(It helps if you have feathers so everyone loves you and automatically believes every word you say, but that still doesn’t technically mean it is ‘easy.’)
One of the ways to make it a bit easier is to get a hobby. For instance, you could become a world-famous and celebrated feathery actor.
Speaking of which, Love & Feathers is proud to present the world-famous and celebrated feathery actor Pearl Cutts in his latest one-avian play:
“The Millet is Mine”
As the audience members file in, the stage is bare except for a white sheet upon which some brown beings can be seen to be reclining.
Mere seconds after the audience has taken their seats, the star strides purposefully onto the stage.
[At this point, aside from one loud “thud,” mercifully, the audience members who faint manage to at least do so quietly.]

At this point, the actor looks towards the backstage area, clearly awaiting the arrival of the “to-go” bags that will transport his invited snack break guests to a private off-site dining area.
The curtain snaps shut as the house lights go up. Fans are quiet as they exit the auditorium, although whispered snippets of conversation can be heard, each of which seem to reference “millet” and “recipes”….
The. End.
Shannon & Pearl
Very well done Pearl. Oh, and Shannon as your human assistant for transcribing such funny tale! 😁👌👍💙💜
Awww – his large featherless typing assistant was so glad to dictate Pearl’s singular creative thoughts to make his VIP fans happy! <3
