When you are a famous and feathery actor, you get used to having admirers.

It’s not like you are doing anything special to get fans. They just take one look at your round black eyes, your sweet curved beak, your cute pink feet and all those downy grey and white feathers, and they are smitten.

It comes with the territory.

At times, your fans also like to send you gifts. Occasionally they even deliver them in person. While sometimes these exchanges can get awkward, there are also moments when you get lucky and your not-so-secret admirers have….feathers.

Love & Feathers is proud to present the world-famous and feathery actor Pearl Cutts in his latest one-avian play:

“Not-So-Secret Admirers with Feathers”

As the ticketholders begin to file into the theater, they notice that the stage curtain is open and the stage itself contains several items.

Not only that, but each item appears to be personally accompanied by one or more feathered beings.

Hello there. And what might your name be? And may I just say how fetching your grey feathers look?
You say you have brought these treats for your favorite famous and feathery actor?
And you brought these other crunchy snacks, along with this crispy paper?
Well, of course I will beak-o-graph this paper for you.
Hi, “Mom.” Yes, I know all these snacks arrived just in time for my contractually stipulated “snack break.” And these three feathered beings will be my guests today for snacks. No, this event is not open to the press.

As the being known as “Mom” goes to inform the disappointed paparazzi that they won’t be invited to “snack break,” the delighted star goes back to gabbing with his not-so-secret feathery admirers.

The curtain quietly draws to a close, accompanied by the sound of plastic bags being delicately beaked open….

The. End.
