“Black tie” is a style of dress that first became popular in the 19th century.

A hybrid of American and British traditions, it is to be worn only after 6 p.m., and – for most people – only in certain circumstances.

Of course, if you are James Bond, you can wear black tie whenever you want to.

And if you are “.007, pint-sized super spy,” you can do the same.

We are proud to introduce the “Black Tie,” the latest must-have look from Wet Bird Couture.

Here, notice how, other than a slight "ruffling" of the model's feathers just below the neckline, all is smooth forma elegance.
