When I was in high school (and college for that matter) I used to like to “pouf” my hair.

I had very long hair – very long curly-permed hair. I also owned bottles and bottles of “AquaNet” – the hairspray of choice for those who want their styling products to work like, well, glue.

And sure, the pouf can look good on humans. My friends used to say my hair arrived first and then I came in after it.

I assumed that was a compliment. 🙂
