For many flocks, it is traditional to gather to share the day’s news around a big round pond called a “watering hole.”
Here, couples can reunite, singles can mingle, the little ones can rest, and their parents can squabble about who is on babysitting duty and who gets to nap.
In the same way, a watering hole can be a great place to meet new (very pretty) friends.
Well – hi there! I’m so glad to meet you at this watering hole. You know, you look very familiar. Are you sure we haven’t met before? No, I promise that’s not a line. Also, I just have to say it – you just happen to be sporting my very favorite color combination.Single? Why yes, I do happen to be single at the moment….you? You too? Wow – we really do have a lot in common, don’t we?Uh oh. I see my large featherless assistant heading our way. She must need me to give her more work to do. But look – let’s meet up here again tomorrow, okay?
