It is never an easy task to question a suspect.
For instance, sometimes (go figure) the suspect won’t want to answer your questions.
Also, sometimes the questioning period goes on so long you get hungry.
But taking a break can give the suspect time to think up fresh ways to evade the truth.
What to do, what to do?
This dilemma is at the heart of the latest one-avian play, written, produced, directed and starred in by none other than famous and feathery actor extraordinaire, Pearl Cutts. This long-awaited play is entitled:
“Cheerios Questioning”
(As the curtain opens, a handful of unlucky suspects is clustered together on the stage area. Each quivering suspect is doing its best to maintain a stiff upper lip. Then the star appears, and the audience goes wild…at least until one VIP fan faints with a loud crash into the aisle. After the ushers, well, usher her out, the lights are dimmed and the play begins.)

(From here on out, the riveted audience sits in total silence, broken only by the sounds of loud crunching and chomping coming from the general area of the stage. Eventually the number of suspects dwindles to 3, 2, 1, and then….none. The curtain closes to thunderous applause.)
With love (& lots of feathers),
Shannon & Pearl
