Sometimes famous actors are covertly photographed by the paparazzi while they are lunching (or brunching or dinner-ing).
With fans so keen to know what stars like to eat, it can be worth a morning, afternoon or evening of hiding under the bushes, zoom lens in hand, just to catch a glimpse.
But what happens when the star shows up for breakfast and the breakfast has….disappeared?
On that note, Love & Feathers is proud to present the famous and feathery actor Pearl Cutts in his latest one-avian play:
“The Mystery of the Phantom Waffles”
As ticket holders file into the intimate theater, a warm & inviting smell wafts through the air.
It smells like…..brunch!
The curtain is open and there is a bowl sitting on the stage. Suddenly the star appears and sprints towards it.

The small featherless being the star addresses as “Grandma” quickly gets to work. Suddenly sizzle and steam obscures the audience’s view of their hero.
Even as they are desperately twisting and turning in their seats and craning their heads for one final glimpse, the curtain snaps shut as “Grandma” cooes, “Here, Pearl, this first waffle is just for you….”
The. End.

Shannon & Pearl

Pearl’s delimma is quickly solved, just as we thought she was out of luck

Love, love, looved this! This made me smile at Pearl’s cutie face, and at grandma’s lovely words towards her grandbird. I love Thursday Thrillers as it has the style in which the blog was written last year with a short story illustrated and very well complemented by the handsome Pearl himself. 💙👌

Awww – so glad you are enjoying Pearl’s Thrillers! He has so many talents….his large featherless biographer is hard-pressed to document them all! ❤
