As all feathered beings know, every snack tastes better with sound effects!
Unfortunately, the large featherless beings tend to be somewhat unimaginative in this area, so it often falls to the feathered flock member to instruct flock mates in the art of multi-sensory dining.
For example, let’s say your personal Small Chef has selected a bag of crispy, crunchy chips to serve as an appetizer.
It is great to just dig in. But there is no doubt it is even better to bust out some really cool sound effects first. All that crinkle and crackle and bobbling back and forth whets the appetite and sensitizes the palate for the treats to come!

Just hearing a little crinkle makes our parrots start begging. Assuming a human got to the bag first, they hear the bag rattle and think it is a dinner bell. The begging becomes intense as they request that we share. Perhaps a Pearl is doing the same for her humans!
Haha-so true!
