In common slang today, it said of some beings that they have an “eagle eye.”
This means they have very keen and detailed general vision.
But what is not so well known is that some beings have even more refined versions of this general “eagle eye.”
For instance, every so often a very special being comes along who possesses that rarest of gifts – the “waffle eye.”

A secondary adaptation of the gift of “waffle eye” is the ability to spot poachers coming from a long way off.
This adaptation proved necessary because it can be even harder to hold on to a waffle, once spotted, than it is to spot it in the first place!
