When you are small and round and covered in downy feathers, other beings may not automatically assume you know your way around a kitchen.
They won’t look at you and instantly think you have the keenest and most sensitive of gourmet palates.
And most won’t ever change their mind about this, either.
But you don’t have to change everybody’s mind.
You just need to find one other being – one being who truly believes in you.
You only need to find one brave soul who is willing to delight in what is different and give you a chance to strut your (culinary) stuff.
This is how all great dishes – and changes – start.
Then, after you have unleashed your abilities to their fullest, it will be your turn to be that brave soul for someone else who needs their shot.
