How can you tell when nesting season has arrived again?

When you walk by someone feathery’s (highly visible, bright pink) nest and see this.

Advertising the (obvious) attractiveness of the occupant is a big draw for lady birds.
Careful arrangement of the soft, comfy nesting materials will let the lady birds know their comfort is a priority.

A prime nest will also be able to make itself inconspicuous so as to avoid attracting the attention of predators.
Good skills at camouflaging the nest site will make the lucky lady bird feel protected while nesting.
