When you are lucky enough to be sitting (literally) on a piece of prime real estate, you can ensure it is quickly occupied by showing it off to best advantage.

This is not a task you can delegate – for best results, you must supervise the showing personally.

Choosing yourself as the "home staging model" can get the showing off to a great start.
