Hi. The large featherless being here.

It’s not often I get to share the spotlight with my feathery celeb, but here we are (on account of the fact that I lured him away with a toasted waffle so I could have the flat rectangular glowing thing all to myself for “Day 300’s” post).

What a grateful birdie mommy I am – for these 300 days, and for all the (hopefully infinite number of) days Pearl is in my life.

Or, as I remind my feathery love each and every day – mommies love their birdies.
