Day 102: Endive Interview

When you are a noted gourmand (with feathers) you have many duties.

For example, you must hire and train staff.

You must sample new dishes (and quality-test old favorites).

Most importantly, you must interview menu applicants before permitting them to become your lunch.

What did you say your name was again? "Endive?"
