Day 110: Cheesy Bread, Part 2

It is a great day in any chef’s life when they get a 5-star review.

If the review comes from a world-renowned gourmand, the “thrill factor” shoots up even higher.

In fact, this is often how chefs become known for certain “signature dishes” – they keep making them (and inviting the gourmand back to dine again) to relive the memory of those first glorious 5 stars.

Take cheesy bread, for instance.

If it is a hit at its debut, it just makes good culinary sense to keep on making it!

And if the feathery gourmand comes back to dine again, you don’t have to stress a bit about what to make!

Oh boy, oh boy - I remember this dish!

If memory serves (and it always does) I gave this dish 5 stars the first time I tried it.

Let me just perform another one of my patented "consistency tests" to make sure it is still as tasty as I remember.

Yup. Still 5 stars!

Nom, nom, nom....
Nom, nom, nom….
