If there is one thing about flock life both feathered and featherless beings learn early on, it is this – if you see a prize delicacy, you’d better claim it ASAP!

Otherwise, a flock mate might ingest it before you do (disaster).

I'd better just go ahead and sample each piece so my flock mates realize I've claimed all of the pieces.
