Day 348: Sparring Practice

Being .007, pint-sized super spy (with feathers), means you can make even the most dangerous mission look effortless.

But a peek behind the scenes reveals the rigorous ongoing training and skills-building that keeps you at the top of your game.

I sure would like to take another restful nap, but it is time for my daily "sparring practice."

I'll just start with a light warm-up round.

Now that I've warmed up I will practice my super-secret sparring maneuvers.

I like to begin with "biting" - one of the all-time most effective offensive maneuvers.

I always like to take the lead in any sparring match - I call this technique "My Way Sparring."

And no sparring practice session is complete without "fancy footwork" - another of my many elite skills.

"Head butting" is another great maneuver to practice (as a side note, this is also a useful technique for when you want your assistant to scratch your neck feathers).
Finally, I always like to close my sparring practice with a round of “head butting” (as a side note, this is also a useful technique for when you want to signal your large featherless assistant that it is time to scratch your neck feathers).
