It’s Double Birthday Day!

Yahoo!! It is finally that day we’ve both been waiting for – the day one of us gets loaded down with presents and treats….and the other one is permitted to admire each gift and then carry them all home!

I’ll give you one guess who gets to do which. 😉

While we don’t know the precise date of Pearl’s birth, some complicated (simple) math tells us it is in the near vicinity of his mommy’s birthday, which happens to fall on December 19th.

And since mommy and birdie like to do everything together, and all flock birthdays are really about Pearl anyway, we decided to do what comes naturally and combine them into a double birthday celebration!

For the record, this is what Pearl’s mommy prefers for her birthday delicacy:

I thought it would be good to let you both now what you mean to me. The world needs more happiness, love and laughter. Have you ever thought that your purpose was even bigger than what you could have ever imagined? Well, it is and that’s what makes you special. God made you a very special tiel.
