Monday Happys: Greetings

Parrots have perfected many useful life skills.

But one of their all-time best is “greetings.”

And this isn’t a difficult skill even for the large featherless beings to learn….which is good, because it can come in especially handy on a Monday.

For example, let’s say it is Monday….again. You roll out of bed.

Then you catch sight of your reflection in a nearby mirror. But rather than grimacing, scowling, looking away or grumpily beginning your morning ablutions, you simply stop, gaze…and greet!

In fact, the more gazing and greeting you can do, the better you will feel.

Here, it is no wonder beings with feathers are on top of the world each morning (no matter which morning it is) – they often practice “greetings” daily for hours!

A being with feathers demonstrates how to greet yourself with love and enthusiasm to get the best start on a Monday (or any day)!
