Oh boy. It looks like my large featherless assistant has been in my kitchen again.Bless her heart. Neither her lack of aptitude nor a notable absence of palate seems to dissuade her from attempting to make this dish again and again.And since it is coming out of my kitchen, everyone will assume I like it too. I’d better do some local “palate polling” to strengthen my position.Do you like this dish? I didn’t think so.What about you? Nope – me neither.What’s that? You’d like it more if it tasted more like waffles? That’s exactly what I told her!Oh well. Teaches me to let her run around my house unsupervised.Mom?
