Wet Bird Couture: The Bald Eagle

The “bald eagle” is, of course, the national bird of the United States.

Bald eagle.
Bald eagle.

But that is probably just because the people in charge of picking a national bird hadn’t seen the “cockatiel” yet.

First of all, they look a lot alike – especially when wet.

Second of all, cockatiels eat seed and waffles (not eels, waterbirds, and baby deer).

And third, it is hard to imagine any other avian being able to pull off such an exact lookalike.

Introducing “The Bald Eagle,” the latest must-have look from Wet Bird Couture.

Notice the similar feathery “ruff” around the neck line and the equally regal demeanor (in a much smaller, seed-eating and very cute domestic package).
