Day 297: Dr. Cuteness

Regardless of species, being sick sucks.

So when one flock member becomes ill, it is up to the rest of the flock to cheer them up.

Some species – such as the small ones with shells – don’t seem to find feathers very cheering.

But for other species – particularly those who are large with no feathers – the sight of feathers can (almost, nearly, just about) send the germs packing for good!

Hi Mom - you've been sitting here all day. And you don't look that great.
Hi Mom – you’ve been sitting here all day. And to be honest, you don’t look that great.
So I figured what you need is a good dose of feathers.
Really kind of wretched, actually. So I figured what you need is a good dose of feathers.
I know the sight of feathers always cheers me up.
I know the sight of feathers always cheers me up.
And luckily for you, I just happen to be looking especially fetching and feathery today.
And luckily for you, I just happen to be looking especially fetching and feathery today.
Oh so fetching and feathery.
Oh so fetching and feathery.
You're starting to feel better already? I knew it! The germs know they can't out-cute Dr. Cuteness.
